Who runs it
Assemble is an internal AI workspace run by your organization for its own people. It's self-hosted in the organization's own cloud and isn't a public service: only people the organization allows can sign in.
How sign-in works
You sign in with your work account through Microsoft Entra ID, on that provider's own sign-in page. This site never sees your password; it receives only your name and email address. Microsoft provides the sign-in only: this site isn't operated by or affiliated with it.
What it can access
Apps you connect yourself (for example your mail, calendar or files) are used only as you, with the access you grant, and you can disconnect them at any time. Apps the organization's admins connect for everyone are managed by IT and used with the organization's access, under the same approval rules.
